While earning my Master's degree in Instructional Design and Technology, I gained critical knowledge about learning best practices. Some of the highlights were instructional design models like ADDIE, cutting edge multimedia principles, and foundational learning theories.

Endress+Hauser
While at Endress+Hauser, I applied my newly learned skills in a variety of practical areas. Some of the highlights were using Articulate Rise and Storyline to build engaging courses, creating and editing multimedia using Adobe Premiere Pro, and collaborating with SME's in several different areas.

While at North High School, I utilized skills I learned in my undergraduate program to design instruction for the first time. Some highlights included analyzing learner data to decide whether they were ready to move on, creating instructional lessons for both online and in-person learners, and designing high-quality assessments to identify whether learners have met state-issued standards.
