About Me

My Story

I am a passionate creator who aims to help those around me become the best possible version of themselves through education. I view all creations of mine through the eyes of the learner to map out the best course forward with accessibility at the forefront. With four years of professional experience creating learning experiences, I have worked and will continue to work on honing my craft. As a classroom teacher, I have experience creating interactive asynchronous, and synchronous learning experiences. Each of these unique creations has allowed me to collect data and refine my work to iterate on future designs.

My work in the industry is constantly evolving as I continue to add new experiences to my ledger. My most recent role as an Instructional Designer at Endress+Hauser as part of their Co-Op program has allowed me to learn and grow in a new context. At E+H I have had the opportunity to collaborate with other designers and SMEs in creating training for our employees. Although the manufacturing and engineering industry is one that I don’t have prior experience in, my collaboration with other stakeholders has improved my ability to work on all kinds of projects. Furthermore, I have improved my abilities to use some of the most relevant software in the industry, including Articulate Rise and Storyline and Adobe Premiere Pro amongst others.

Finally, my pursuit of a master’s degree in Instructional Design and Technology has been a critical piece in building out my understanding of design and theory. My path to becoming an expert in topics like learning science and modern instructional design models supplies me with concrete processes to fall back on in the design process. Combining my rich education, diverse experiences, and ambitious mindset, I know I can provide value for any organization looking to improve upon their need for learning experience development.
